On February 4, 2017 Wikileaks starting issuing a series of cryptic tweets, and the Internet began to wildly speculate on their meaning. Most speculation surrounded the contents of Weiner’s laptop, pedophilia prosecution, the release of more Hillary email, or the future of Assange himself.

I bet that this is all referring to the release of Hillary's 7th batch of emails that the FBI is supposed to release. Unfortunately, all the juicy stuff that would put her behind bars will be redacted/not released.

Vault 7 seem to have the internet going in a frenzy for what Vault 7 could possibly mean. Vault 7 seem to have the internet going in a frenzy for what Vault 7 could possibly mean. Wikileaks began tweeting out a series of cryptic tweets with the hashtag #Vault7 on Feb. 4, suggesting that the international whistleblowing organization has something juicy in store for the public very soon.

The tweets only provided a single word accompanied by a single photo. The Wikileaks Org graciously provided some background on each of the photos. Who can solve this puzzle? Only the Zetas can explain.

What: The first tweet shows a picture of the Svalbard Global Seed Vault.

Where: The second tweet shows a picture of a mine vault in Merkers, Germany where Nazis stored money, gold, paintings, and other valuables during World War II. This mine vault was captured by the United States in April 1945.

When: The third tweet shows a picture of a Pratt & Whitney F119 airplane engine, which is the engine for the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor. The picture in the tweet was taken on April 9th, 2010 at Langley Air Force Base as part of a story published on April 12th about the soundproof "hush houses" used for jet engine testing.

Who: The fourth tweet shows a picture of the Manning, Assange, and Snowden "infamous spies" posters released by the Defense Security Service.

Why: The fifth tweet shows a picture from the article Keeping Structures Strong, which discusses the 509th Civil Engineer Squadron's work repairing infrastructure on Whiteman Air Force Base. The specific picture tweeted is captioned "Staff Sgt. Adam Boyd, 509th Civil Engineer Squadron structural supervisor, welds a box blade for a snow plow, Feb. 27. Structures Airmen perform jobs such as this one to save the Air Force from having to possibly spend money on parts made by civilian companies."

How: The sixth tweet shows a picture of "Surveillance of mailboxes in Berlin". The picture is caption "When mailboxes were being observed by Stasi agents, every person posting a letter was photographed. Some films found in the Stasi archives also show persons dressed in civilian clothing emptying the mailbox after the conclusion of the surveillance action." In this case, the question tweeted itself is also a bit more specific than the rest- "How did #Vault7 make its way to WikiLeaks?"

ZetaTalk Explanation 2/18/2017: What do a Seed Vault, stolen Gold, jet engine “Hush House” testing, the Troika of key leakers, US military readiness vs the US sequester squeeze, and surveillance of correspondence have in common.  The elite have been preparing for the passage of Nibiru by building personal bunkers while maintaining a tight coverup to deny the common man the truth, but the Norway Seed Vault (What) revealed the truth. Vault 7 is related to the elite preparing in secret, and how this is about to be blown open, revealed. We have stated that the Gold in Fort Knox (Where) was stolen years ago by the Bush/Clinton criminal cabal.  Gold was seen as the one commodity that the elite could barter with, up to and beyond the coming Pole Shift.

But Hillary Clinton got sloppy after she forced Obama to assign her to the State Department in 2009. Her correspondence on her homebrew server (How) revealed much, and set in motion investigations (When) in 2010. The Sequester (Why), which forced the Department of Defense to cut corners financially, is driving the process. We have stated that secret court hearing are in process, with the Clinton and Bush family and even the Queen under house arrest. Fulford has reported on much of the proceedings. The Gold and well laundered funds are being recovered.

The full story is tangled up in the announcement about Nibiru, which is expected to be a shock to the public, so telling the truth to the public has been delayed primarily for that reason. In addition, revealing that the Clinton and Bush families are essentially a criminal cabal would likewise be a shock to the public, so telling this part of the story is likely to be buried forever. Letting the public know that Fort Knox Gold had been stolen is deemed a fact that would undermine the public’s faith in the US government and the Social Security trust fund, so would never be admitted.   

Revealing the truth has been assisted by Manning, Assange, and Snowden (Who) but more awaits to be revealed. This is the essence of the Vault 7 message. They are telling you the story in the same manner that the Crop Circle designers tell the story of the passage – by speaking to your subconscious. Nibiru cannot be denied, as the Council of Worlds is in the process of arranging the Awakening via visibility and an increased Earth wobble and magnetic disruption. The Prongs will continue as the establishment does not want to be seen as liars. What will the public assume when Nibiru is revealed? They will connect the dots, and Wikileaks will assist.

UFO Increase

Have UFO displays been on the increase lately? Brighter, zooming up to the camera, multi-colored and winking. Whatever happened to the small clusters of moving lights of yor?  We had the Chemtrail UFO last October 29, 2016 where the pointed message to the establishment was that UFOs could make Chemtrails disappear instantly and voile, visibility of Nibiru would instantly be available to the common man.



ZetaTalk Insight 10/29/2016: This is a valid video, and indeed a UFO disbursing chemtrails. This demonstration was done for several reasons. One was to register support for the public who had been furious about having their view of Nibiru blocked, lo these many years. The second was to show the public that the chemtrail haze could be disbursed in an instant by UFO’s. The Council of Worlds wants the public to be aware of the presence of Nibiru, and the pending passage, so they can make their spiritual choices, take action, prior to potentially dying in the Pole Shift. What would worldwide visibility of Nibiru bring, if suddenly made possible?

Then there was the exploding UFO over Palestine on January 21, 2017 which the Zetas said was to warn the residents about trauma to their city when the African Roll picked up steam. No more little bright lights dancing in the skies, only discernable from stars by their motion. It is lights, camera, action lately!


ZetaTalk Insight 2/21/2017: October Jerusalem had trumpets over the Dead Sea, due to movement along the African Plate border there. We have predicted that as the African Roll progresses, the Arabian Plate will likewise tilt over, ripping up the oil fields in Iraq, and that there will be an increase of 50 miles on either side of the Sinai due to these rolls. This prediction can be seen in the UFO display.

Now we have a zooming UFO in Mexico City on January 28, rising up out of the Popocatépetl volcano and rushing at the webcam. And a pointedly winking cluster of UFO’s over France on February 11. France has been in the news as a conflicted country, a member of the EU thinking of leaving the union, and one of the first countries in the EU to suffer from the migrant horde flowing in from Syria. Is there a relationship? The Zetas explain.

ZetaTalk Insight 2/18/2017: Pointed UFO displays have been on the increase, in step with an increased Earth wobble and visibility of the Nibiru complex and earthquakes and activating volcanoes. As with the exploding Palestine UFO in late January the UFOs are warning about pending devastation, plate movement and the effect on the residents in the city below. The Mexico City UFO on January 28 was obviously warning of a pending eruption. Just as the UFO seemed to increase in size as it deliberately raced toward the camera, the eruption will likewise overtake the residents. The winking UFO over France was indicating action by the political right and then by the left, alternatively, as membership in the EU and treatment of migrants from Syria are argued. The UFO message is to accept this as a fact of life in France.

Nibiru Excuses

The Zetas predicted that as the truth about Nibiru emerged, that disinfo would rise like a chorus to counter this truth. Zetas right again! The Russian astronomer Dr Zakharovich pushes into the news with a statement that Asteroid 2016 WF9 is actually from the tail of Nibiru, creating a media splash on January 26, and suddenly disinfo is popping up like pimples on an adolescent’s face. First, since one of the Zeta predictions is that the rotation of the Earth will slow to a stop during the Last Weeks, and slowing before that can be expected, Forbes leapt out on January 28 with a headline about a 25 hour day. Caused by the Moon, not Nibiru. The establishment hopes the common man reads and remembers Moon => Slow the Earth => 25 Hour Day.

The Earth’s rotation is indeed being slowed down by the presence of the Moon - every year, the Moon gains a little energy from the Earth, and drifts a little farther away from us. This drift is imperceptible to the human eye, but measurable, with the aid of undertakings like the Lunar Laser Ranging Experiment, which regularly bounces a laser off of a retroreflector that Apollo astronauts placed there. Both the drift of the Moon and the slowing of the rotation of the Earth are very very small effects- the slowing of the Earth’s rotation over the last 100 years is estimated to be about 1.4 milliseconds. That’s a slowing of 0.0014 seconds total, over 100 years.

Then we have the old argument that the Earth periodically flips or reverses its poles, for unknown reasons, which the Zetas call Nibiru denial. This Yahoo article published on February 2 hints that all problems related to the magnetic field are likely due to such a mysterious polar flip pending in our future. So now we’re discounting a slowing rotation, and any electromagnetic pulse or wandering compass to anything but Nibiru. Just go back to shopping, folks, all is well.

Our planet's history includes at least several hundred global magnetic reversals, where north and south magnetic poles swap places. So when's the next one happening and how will it affect life on Earth? Several studies have tried to link past reversals with mass extinctions – suggesting some reversals and episodes of extended volcanism could be driven by a common cause. However, there is no evidence of any impending cataclysmic volcanism and so we would only likely have to contend with the electromagnetic impact if the field does reverse relatively soon.

And although videos and photos of the Nibiru complex have been flooding the Internet lately, few get into the news. Except to promote disinfo. Suddenly, on February 2, videos where the “Second Sun” are very visible are being shopped around, claiming this “Second Sun” is Nibiru. Except it is obviously a Sun ghost, and would be proven so by experts if called into question. Oh, says the common man, so all those photos are just fakes or ghosts or flares! Disinfo rewarded, once again, or so the establishment hopes. The Zetas explain.

For years, conspiracy theorists have said this giant hidden planet is set to smash into Earth with catastrophic consequences. And now the alien-hunting community believes it may have filmed Nibiru. Someone posted a video on YouTube showing what appears to be a giant second sun over Manila Bay, in the Phillippines.

ZetaTalk Comment 2/11/2017: Unlike the specific info emerging at the hands of the Russian astronomer Dr. Zakharovich, which pointed to RA and Dec locations for the passing Asteroid 2016 WF9, the plethora of articles about Nibiru or a pending Pole Shift that followed were not designed to help the public locate Nibiru but to confuse.  The Forbes article about a 25 hour day is indeed reporting facts, but the headline is what will be remembered by the common man, scanning headlines, and thus when slowing rotation happens as a precursor to the Last Weeks, will be dismissed as being caused by the Moon, not by Nibiru.

Another scam repeated by the cover-up crowd is that the Earth magnetic poles flip periodically, for unknown reasons. Yahoo recently repeated this lie, so that the common man, reading this article, will not find their weakening and confused compass off. Blame the Sun has been a cover-up excuse from the start, so that magnetic blasts from Nibiru are blamed on a sleepy Sun. All evidence of prior passages of Nibiru are cast into alternative explanations, and thus a Science Daily article about how the Sun was responsible, two Pole Shift periods back, for Bristlecone Pine growth.

And what of the Daily Star reporting that Nibiru had been caught on film in a video from Manilla Bay in the Philippines? Where on the face of it, this is spreading the word, but the film capture was an obvious ghost of the Sun in the camera, easily debunked! This ‘Nibiru” is in the wrong place, vis a vis the Sun, and too bright. It does not cast a reflection on the water. It is rather perfectly placed in relationship to the real Sun for a ghost capture, including the deformations caused by the clouds around the Sun. All these recent efforts are attempts to detract from the very real awakening done by Dr. Zakharovich.

And the beat goes on! The panic over the Russian astronomer Dr Zakharovich getting into the news, admitting the Nibiru is real and is in the Solar System, has the establishment all in a tither. From the start of the ZetaTalk message back in 1995, the Zetas have emphasized that the establishment would blame the Sun for all the Earth changes, right up until the Last Weeks when the presence of Nibiru would be too obvious to ignore, if possible. The elite want the common man like sheep, quiet and obedient. Thus this excuse, to blame the Sun, dutifully popped up again in the Science Daily news on February 7.

By analyzing the level of a carbon isotope in tree rings from a specimen of an ancient bristlecone pine, researchers have revealed that the sun exhibited a unique pattern of activity in 5480 BC. By comparing this event with other similar but more recent phenomena, they reported that this event may have involved a change in the sun's magnetic activity, or a number of successive solar burst emissions.

All Dams Fail

Early in the ZetaTalk saga, the Zetas stated that before or during the Pole Shift that all dams will fail. This warning was directed at the population of Phoenix and Los Vegas, who would both be affected by the failing of the massive Hoover Dam. Downstream water would rush toward Phoenix, and Los Vegas would flood due to jammed spillways, per the Zetas. As the bowing of the N American continent tightens, dams will increasingly crack, shift, jam, and leak.



ZetaTalk Insight 6/6/2015: We have stated that the New Madrid adjustment will precede any major adjustment along the San Andreas, and precede any anticipated break in the Hoover Dam. We have also stated that the Hoover Dam is likely to react to pressure in the bowing of the N American continent by jammed spillways so that the lake water backs up into Las Vegas. But we have also stated that all dams will shatter and fail in some manner during or before the Pole Shift.

The problems with the Oroville Dam in California are billed as being due to excessive rain, but the frantic efforts to shore up the dam indicate problems that are not being admitted. The spillway split and spread into an abutting hillside, eroding this, but the water was still directed correctly. Excessive water caused the emergency spillway to be used for the first time. Everyone was told to evacuate.

With the water level at California's Lake Oroville dropping, authorities lifted a mandatory evacuation order, allowing tens of thousands of residents to return to homes near the reservoir's dam. Heavy rains last week caused the lake level to rise until the water began to pour down the emergency spillway. Authorities ordered people to leave the area when a hole developed in an eroded area of the spillway, affecting about 188,000 residents. Officials worried the spillway would fail, and one warned a "30-foot wall of water" could flood the communities below the dam. Dump trucks and cement mixers shuttled in material as workers rushed to fortify the damaged emergency spillway, which allows excess water to run out when the lake level rises above 901 feet.
