Dark Twin Passing

The Dark Twin is illusive, as it is a coal black planet that only on occasion reflects blue and yellow light. It was seen as a blue/yellow planet in early 2004 when it came out from behind the Sun when the Earth’s orbit was halted by Planet X. It changed to a violet color in 2011-2012, which the Zetas explained was due to the blue light reflected by the Dark Twin mixed with the red dust in the tail of Planet X, wafting about.


It was captured on March 28, 2010 before dawn, looking West and out behind and beyond the Earth in the orbit she shares with the Dark Twin. It was captured on September 7, 2011 just after sundown, also looking West. It had been most recently captured on December 30, 2012, this time looking East. 


ZetaTalk Description 4/19/2004: What is it about the color black that makes it dark, unseen? It absorbs light, almost entirely, reflecting little. And as a dead planet, without water, without atmosphere, without vegetation coloration, there is nothing on the Dark Twin to change this. Why does the Dark Twin appear on the horizon, briefly, as a large yellow planet, the color and size changing back and forth to a tiny blue star? These are the colors least absorbed by the twin, thus most reflected.

ZetaTalk Explanation 4/10/2010: While the Dark Twin has been to the side of the Earth, such that light would not reflect from the Sun to the Earth as the sunlight would be returning directly to the Sun, it now has pushed back outside their shared orbit, so the opportunities for reflected sunlight to reach the Earth have increased.

ZetaTalk Explanation 9/17/2011: The sunset photo taken on September 7, 2011, where a faint purple orb appears to the right of the Sun, and before the Sun had set, is as suspected a capture of the Dark Twin. The Dark Twin shares the Earth's orbit, and this orb is seen along the line of the Ecliptic, close to the horizon at 5:30-6:00 pm along that line when the Sun is still higher in the sky at an angle to the left. The Dark Twin looks purple or violet as the blue light it normally emits is mixing with the red dust in the atmosphere. As those who study color are aware, blue and red mixed together produce a purple color. Is the Dark Twin being pushed closer to the Earth, the cup it shares with the Earth and Venus tightening at this time? It is indeed, and this drama is only starting to play out!

ZetaTalk Prediction 4/14/2012: At present, the twin is caught behind the Earth in their shared orbit, and moving along outside of their orbit behind the Earth out in space. It is trying to evade conflict with the Earth by dropping below the Ecliptic somewhat, as it attempts to slide past the Earth.

Now the Dark Twin has been captured again by an Italian webcam.   There are several captures, most dramatic on September 1, 2014 at 22:00 and 23:00, and again on September 2, 2014 at 23:00, almost midnight. At this time the Moon was overhead. It also made an appearance on August 25, 2014 at 22:00 but as an object so faint as to almost pass notice. On this date the Moon is not in the skies at all.


The Dark Twin is along the Ecliptic at all times, but bounces around, not in the same location each time. Light of course bends, but this and the light and shadow on the Dark Twin in the 2014 instances are puzzling. The Zetas explain. 



ZetaTalk Explanation 9/13/2014: We predicted that the Dark Twin would try to pass the Earth in their shared orbit, moving out further into space and sliding behind the Earth. The Dark Twin is affected by the sweeping arms of the Sun, forever pushed forward in their shared orbit. But unlike the Earth the Dark Twin is not a magnetic planet, and thus is not caught in the grip of Planet X as firmly as is the Earth. In these webcam photos, the Dark Twin seems to move about, and this is due to the blooming effect, light pulled toward Earth’s gravity and likely also the Moon’s gravity.

In that it is seen on August 25, dimly, when the Moon is not in the skies, this is not a ghost of the Moon in the camera. The uneven lighting where one side of the Dark Twin is brighter than another is explained by where reflected light goes. Those light rays reflected back toward Earth come from the side facing Earth, the Dark Twin still behind the Earth in their shared orbit. Light rays from the Sun hitting the Dark Twin on the side away from the Earth bounce off into space and thus are only dimly seen from Earth. Where this 2014 view is looking West, the Dark Twin is still not quite directly behind the Earth as yet. 

Russia Adjusts

China has certainly been posturing for migration assaults, the Pole Shift, and the flooding and climate change in the Aftertime. They are in dispute over a worthless island chain strictly to protect their perimeter. And they have constructed Ghost Cities where they can move their populace inland, away from the coastlines.  Has Russia likewise been obviously posturing for migration assaults, the Pole Shift, and the flooding and climate change in the Aftertime? Let’s start with their plans to move to the Far East of Russia.

Today the prime minister instructed to transfer to the Far East a number of large state-owned companies and the federal bodies of executive power. Proposals for the Far East , which will be created in the advanced development of the territory, the government should prepare to June 15.

ZetaTalk Comment 2/8/2014: ZetaTalk has from the start of the ZetaTalk saga in 1995 stated that Siberia will be flooded, the world flooded in the Aftertime to an average height of 675 feet. As the flood maps clearly show, except for a hillock near Moscow and the Ural Mountains, Russia will have to migrate to its eastern sectors to be above the waves in the Aftertime. Russia has highlands aplenty there, and these are lands which will be more tropical and temperate than Russia has been in the past, a boon to their survivors. Russia’s far east is under populated, due to the cold, so can absorb its migrating population in the future when crops will flourish there. The Russian government takes ZetaTalk seriously, as do the Chinese, and these steps to move their government functions to their eastern sectors should be no surprise.

Now in addition to its naval base on the Crimea, Russia is establishing a new naval base on the New Siberian Islands, which are, coincidentally, just above the Far East lands of Russia.

The major goal of the latest expedition of the North fleet ships to the Arctic is to deliver personnel, equipment and property of the North fleet’s tactical group, which starting this year is going to fulfill military service at the New Siberian Islands on a permanent basis.

And to the west, abutting Europe, Russia has achieved its goal in the Ukraine, which will allow it to run ships from the Crimea up over the flooded lands of western Russia after the Pole Shift, ensuring, per the Zetas, that Russia’s retreat of its heavily populated western regions will not be attacked from the rear.

ZetaTalk Insight 4/19/2014: Where China is focused on blocking migration from drowning India and countries on the sinking Sunda Plate, Russia has a broad border with Europe that will be massively flooded in the Aftertime. How are these lands central to Russian defense in the Aftertime? The massive flooding that will occur within 2 years after the Pole Shift (due to rising sea levels reacting to friction-heated ocean bottoms) will devastate Europe and western Russia. Russia will migrate its populace to eastern Russia, but will remain on the highlands near Moscow, on the highlands of the Crimea, on the highlands near Sochi, and in the Urals. US Prepares

The US has likewise been preparing for the coming cataclysms, and the rioting expected in its cities. It is no secret that the Continuity of Government issue has focused on Denver, CO where many federal agencies have migrated and where rumors of underground facilities and tunnels have long tantalized conspiracy theorists. The greatest concentration of federal agencies, outside of Washington DC, is at the Denver Federal Center.

A deep underground military facility, part of the Continuity of Government (COG) program exists on the site. A massive underground city to be used by our government in the event that Washington or our central governments command hub is compromised.

Bracing for rioting and separatist movements has also been apparent, with federal agents in many agencies arming themselves for the first time. Homeland Security was in the news in April, 2013 due to their massive purchase of hollow point bullets, and by a year later in June, 2014 the Department of State, the Department of Agriculture, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the US Postal Service (USPS) and the Social Security Administration have joined the ranks of federal agencies intent upon arming themselves. Obama has also quietly been bringing the troops home, a matter the Zetas long ago predicted, to be on the home front for emergency management assistance.  

ZetaTalk Prediction 10/11/2003: The US Military, in particular, has been used not for the defense of the common good but to procure corporate interests, and is deeply resentful of this. Hardly in defense of freedom and democracy, the last several wars have been to secure lands or defend existing holdings, using the US Military like a private army. The war games discussed during the NATO exercises included disasters equivalent to those we have predicted for the pole shift, immense devastation sparing none. In the event that such a scenario ensues, increasing volcanic eruption, quake torn roads and crumbling cities, mass populations homeless and roving the countryside, how should treaties installing the US Military in bases around the world be viewed? All countries would be affected, all armies devastated and occupied with such an emergency, and no borders of concern when sheer survival is the only concern. In the event of such earth changes, troops would be brought home, under stealth and with little fanfare, to the respective homelands, leaving at most a skeleton crew at the bases. The excuse would be the greater need at home.

ZetaTalk Insight 5/17/2014: We have addressed what the US government might do in a world where the Earth changes have created chaos everywhere, and disasters at home require the US military to be on the home front, assisting with emergency response. Wars can be ended, as has occurred in Iraq and Afghanistan, with the troops brought home. Bases can be emptied of troops.

Recently the military conducted exercises in the US based on a Zombie Apocalypse scenario. Where the brunt of jokes, this in fact very vividly relates to what hoards of starving citizens, stumbling forward and perhaps having been reduced to cannibalism, might look like!

The Defense Department, known for having a plan in place for any disaster scenario, has created a detailed strategy for a possible zombie apocalypse.  The strategy, known as "CONPLAN 8888," is an unclassified document that lays out how the military would best respond to a potential zombie apocalypse. The plan's overall purpose is for the military to undertake operations to "preserve 'non-zombie' humans from the threats posed by a zombie horde. CONPLAN 8888 follows a three-step approach to ensuring these goals by 1) maintaining a defensive perimeter to protect human life; 2) conducting operations that will eradicate zombie threats; and 3) aiding civil authorities in restoring law and order.

After 40 days of domination operations, reconnaissance missions will begin to “determine the severity of the remaining zombie threat, assess the physical and epidemiological security of the local environment, and survey the status of basic services (water, power, sewage infrastructure, and water, air, land lines of communications).” All reports will be broadcast on unsecured channels so that any survivors can link up with remaining forces. Domination forces will stay engagement-ready.

ZetaTalk Insight 9/22/2012: How best to get the participants focused when planning exercises on containment when citizens will be starving, rioting, sick and injured, and out of their heads with grief and insanity? Calling this an exercise dealing with a zombie apocalypse puts the participants in the right frame of mind, instantly. There is no parallel in history, to point to. And by making it almost comical, something fictional out of the movies, those calling for these exercises are exempt from having to explain themselves. No need to detail the coming Earth changes and pending Pole Shift. No need to explain why the usual social safety nets will be gone. The zombie apocalypse label is a convenient shortcut!

So what is to be made of the new US Army report discussing how the military might need to occupy “megacities” in the near future, including, for example, New York City?  And this hitting the press almost simultaneously with Obama’s decision to name September a National Preparedness Month.

If Russia and China are preparing for migration assaults, the Pole Shift, and the flooding and climate change in the Aftertime, the US is clearly also preparing for these issues and more. They are preparing for rioting in their cities, and the fact that 80 % of the US populace lives in cities and hasn’t a clue how to grow food to feed themselves.
